Ben, age 17, and Turlock Toyota agree in writing that the dealer will sell a certain used truck to Ben for $5,000, a very low price. Ben has two weeks to bring in the money, at which he will receive the truck. The day after the agreement, someone else came to the dealership and wanted the truck. The dealership sold it to the new person for $7,000, its fair market value. If Ben sues Turlock Toyota in a court of law for breach of contract,
