Benny uses a special tire soap to clean his new Corvette tires in his driveway. Unfortunately, some of the soap splashes on his nearby prize wining day lilies and kills them. Howard sues the makers of the soap, claiming the label didn't warn the product could kill his plants as required by FIFRA regulations. Does he have a claim? Why or why not?
