Bersatu Hati Bhd is a newly established company under the Companies Act 2016. At the first meeting of the board of directors, they decided to appoint Amarjit as a company secretary. Amarjit is an Indian citizen who temporarily resides in Malaysia over the past five years. He frequently travels from one country to another for business. Since Amarjit is always abroad, the board decided to appoint Amar, the managing director as its second company secretary.
