Bert has a painting in his office that others in the office believe was painted by Pablo Picasso, although Bert knows in fact that it was painted by Harry in a drunken stupor. Roger admires this painting, and offers Bert $10,000 "for his painting." Bert reasonably thinks that no one in their right mind would believe the painting is by Picasso, but Roger does believe this. After the sale, Roger has the painting appraised, realizes his mistake and demands his money back. Can he get it?
