Beta and his wife, Alpha, form a new company named ANOMERS Sdn. Bhd for the business of retailing telecommunication parts. In order to raise cash for the business Beta enters into a contract to sell his house to Gamma for RM 150,000. Omega, who has always admired the house approaches Beta and makes him an offer of RM170,000. Beta transfers ownership of the house to ANOMERS Sdn. Bhd., and on behalf of the company, sells the house to Omega. Advise Gamma whether he may claim for specific performance of the contract against Beta as well as Anomers Sdn. Bhd. (30 marks)
