Two weeks after the payment of the booking fees, Ambang Holding Sdn Bhd asked Bibi to pay an extra sum of RM50,000 which made the total purchase price of the house as RM290,000. Bibi refused to pay and Ambang Sdn Bhd threatened to cancel his booking over the said house. Advise Bibi
