Bibi booked a house from Ambang Holding Sdn Bhd at the price of RM240, 000. Two weeks after the payment of the booking fees, Ambang Holding Sdn Bhd asked Bibi to pay an extra sum of RM50,000 which made the total purchase price of the house as RM290,000.
