Operations began as a private medical laboratory, providing bio-medical testing for hospitals and private laboratories. In 1997, the Big Guy Corporation expanded operations into the medial analyzer field. Opening Toronto's first facility dedicated to research & development, production/testing and sales of state-of-the-art laboratory analyzers, the Big Guy Corporation has earned the reputation of being the number 1 manufacturer of medical equipment in Canada. We are now turning our attention towards the U.S and beyond Annual revenues, as of our last physical year, are in excess of 1.5 billion dollars. It is imperative that all staff understand this and comply with all security regulations and policies. In order to facilitate our security policy and also to gain some independence from outside suppliers. we are in the process of purchasing two companies. These operations will expand our producticnl'research capabilities and provide additional specialty metals for production purposes. The rst company is ABC limited. This company is deeply involved in digital imaging systems. both in research and production. We can use their expertise to design and incorporate radically new technologies into our systems. The second company is Brascc Limited. This organization specializes in rening metals, something that we need in order to reduce our dependency on third party sources. Due to the sudden merge of the companies, the CEO is facing a few challenges to handle such as merging different operating systems for cloud based data exchange, active directory management, centralized printing and back up and security review etc
