Bill was forced to litigate in Vermont after HHK was sued by Sally's parents. Vermont is a long way from Bill's home in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Sally tragically died after suffocating on a game piece sold by HHK. The law firm of Ben, Ben, and Jerry PC filed and served a complaint against HHK and Bill on June 1, 2022 under two state statutes claiming upwards of $5,000,000 in damages. Sally was an outstanding child with a 4.0 GPA and an IQ above 150. Many experts thought that Sally was likely to represent the United States in the 2028 Olympics for gymnastics. The entire town where Sally had lived loved her and the local lawyers and judges all sponsored her gymnastics ventures since her mother was a local and well-loved court reporter.
