Bilquis is a busy lawyer who works over 80 hours a week. She has little time for a social life or activities that would take her away from her work, and she delegates as much as possible to her friends and family.

Bilquis needs a new car, and asks her husband to go and buy one for her. She says she doesn't care about the type of car, and doesn't know much about cars anyhow, and just wants a car that will get her to work on time.

Her husband is a bit of a car enthusiast though, and purchases a high-end sports racing car. His rationale is that when Bilquis is working all the time, he might be able to drive the racing car for fun.

Bilquis is terribly annoyed with her husband, but she she drives the car back to the lot, the dealer says that she cannot help her. The dealer says that the sale was done in the name of Bilquis' husband, and there is no paperwork attached to her at all. Is the dealer's position here correct in law? What should Bilquis do in this situation?
