Later that day you take it to a store, have it checked and it turns out that it is $1 million winner. Between you and Todd, who gets the million and why? Mildred bought a new car from Madison Ford, and Madison Ford hired you to deliver the car to Mildred. Mildred paid for the delivery. The driver of the truck delivered the car to the wrong address and dropped it off there. The person at that address has taken the car and has disappeared. Mildred wanted her money back form Madison Ford, but claimed that the risk of loss passed to her when they delivered the car to the trucking company (they are correct in that assertion). She now has sued the trucking company for the cost of the car. Who will win and why? You must do a complete explanation of the result using the correct rule of law. (10 points)
