Blockchain technology has been in the news a lot, yet few organizations have managed to create working solutions and even fewer technology providers have been able to establish their blockchain solutions in the market. For example, in 2020 there were over 1,000 blockchain projects created by 53 providers. Only 14% of them moved into production. Discuss why, in your opinion, so few projects moved from pilot to production. What could have been possible factors that led to abandoning projects?
