1. BLT Fitness & Wellbeing Pty Ltd started their own beauty clinic franchise, called Aura Glow Oasis from January 2019. BLT has recently sold their Southern River Aura Glow Franchise to Mark Geralds who runs a business called All Things Beautiful, which also deals with beauty products and care. As part of the sale, BLT represented that all the beauty products were sourced from authentic good natural products with no 'nasties' in them. When Mark took over the Aura Glow franchise in Southern Rivers, it became evident that most of the products did in fact have non-organic and non-natural products. advise on whether there have been any breaches of the provision/s of the Australian Consumer Law.
