Bob, a farmer, used a drone to spray insecticides over his crops to make sure that he would receive a good yield. When the drone was flying near the boundary of Bob’s land, the wind suddenly changed its course and blew the vapor of insecticides to a nearby chicken farm owned by Wendy. As a result, all the chicken were killed by the insecticides. When Wendy asked Bob to make compensation for the loss of the chicken, Bob argued that he was not liable since the loss was caused by the wind.
