Bob is an HVAC repairman. He is checking the diagnostics of a particular unit. Rather than turning off the power before climbing into the HVAC unit, he leaves it on, climbs in and plugs in his computer to run the test. He runs the test and then climbs back in to unplug the computer, again failing to turn the power off. While climbing in the second time, he touches a "hot" wire, electrocutes himself and dies. Bob's family sues the power company, the manufacturer of the HVAC unit, and the company he worked for negligence in failing to supervise him. The jury should:

Group of answer choices

bar Bob's recovery because he was at least partially at fault

apportion the fault amongst all of the parties, including Bob

award all of the damages against the manufacturer of the HVAC unit

find Bob's company 100% at fault via vicarious liability
