Bonnie owned a business called "The Guitar Workshop" where she gave music lessons to the general public. The Guitar Workshop turned into a successful little business. After a year, demand for guitar lessons was so great that Bonnie decided to hire an additional instructor. A young hot-shot from Texas, Stevie, fit the bill and was hired to teach guitar technique to students of The Guitar Workshop. He started work on July 1, 2015.

In August 2015, Stevie called the American Piano Company and, identifying himself as an employee of The Guitar Workshop, ordered a baby grand piano which was delivered to his home. Bonnie was unaware of this transaction until an invoice arrived at The Guitar Workshop in September 2015. By that time, however, Stevie had already been fired because Bonnie discovered that Stevie had been giving music lessons to Guitar Workshop students at his home and pocketing the lesson payments.

When the American Piano Company sues The Guitar Workshop for the price of the baby grand piano, will The Guitar Workshop have to pay? Explain.
