Bora Ltd. - Garden Screen Panels Specialist
Upon receiving customer confirmation, a salesperson enters the selected panel number and quantity needed for the installation order into the computer to check the level of stock on hand. The computer displays the level of stock and quantity to be confirmed to reserve the stock for the order. Once the salesperson enters confirmation, the computer reserves the stock and generates a confirmation number. This process results in the update of stock data store the display of stock confirmation number and the total price. The salesperson writes them down along with the installation date on a confirmed installation form. The salesperson then obtains the customer's ID, such as a driver licence, and writes down customer details, i.e., name and address, on the form. The salesperson then returns the customer ID along with Copy 1 confirmed installation form to the Customer and sends Copy 2 to the sales clerk.
Based on Copy 2 confirmed installation form, the sales clerk records details of confirmed installation form in a daily sales log sheet. Then the sales clerk sends Copy 2 confirmed installation form to the billing officer in the accounting office behind the workshop so the invoice can be processed immediately.A daily sales log sheet is created every day to record all confirmed installation jobs on that day. At the end of the day, the sales clerk files away the daily sales log sheet into a locked cabinet in date order, i.e., in chronological order.
The installation invoice must be paid in full before the installation takes place. Bora Ltd. does not have any payment processing activities on site.Once customers receive the invoice, they can make payment via bank transfer by quoting the invoice number.
