Both of the matrix points chosen here are different than my post, so there's good comparisons and contrasts here. The comparisons aligned in practically all points is a deliberate effort to find what works. its built independent of ego, and that is a key to their success. The idea of getting senior management to work a day is good for both management and the team. For number 1 they chose to place primary yalue on customer experience. recognizing the customer is ultimately what matters, and to take care of the customer they also need to take care of their team. It's a great approach that seems to be paying off. Hello Franz, I really like the principles that you decided to write about. A lot of students here picked the same principle for their second paragraph and not many picked "motivated individuals, empowered teams, flexible, trusted working environment and comfort with failure." for the principle that they would choose. I hate to fail, it kills me when I do and it makes me feel very uncomfortable- especially at work! If I worked at a place where failure was seen as progress, it would motivate me to work harder and work better with my team. It's an important principle that is easily overlooked because deadlines need to be met on a project and everyone needs it done ASAP- haha. Great post! -Matt
