Brian instructed Roger to store 100 sacks of onions in Roger's warehouse until he could find

a buyer for them. Three days later Roger discovered that the onions were beginning to

rot. Roger tried to contact Brian but was informed that he was out of town could not be

reached.

Roger later sold the onions to the local people below market price. Roger intends to

claim from Brian for the expenses incurred by him. Advice Brian.
