Brian works from Monday to Friday driving a car for passengers through a mobile phone application called 'Delivermee'. The first time he logged onto the app, he clicked a button stating that he accepts Delivermee's standard 'Terms and conditions of engagement'. These state:

(2) he may provide a substitute driver, but is responsible for ensuring the substitute meets allDelivermee's standards; and

(3) he has no obligation to turn on the app, but if it is on, then he must accept at least one out of every three requests by passengers for journeys.
