However, we have another shot at the apple at his Preliminary Hearing on October 5, Question 2022. I need to know what factors must a judge Presented consider when determining bond eligibility and setting a bond amount. I believe our client is being treated unfairly due to the nature of the offense. want to prevent the Judge from setting an excessive bond amount. With that being said, prepare a memorandum addressing my concerns regarding bond eligibility. 1. Our client is an elementary Math teacher at Woodson Elementary in Jackson, Ms. 2.
