To oversee, collect rent money, for my property located at Sunshine Condominium, Tagaytay, Philippines.

To make, sign for me, execute and deliver contract, documents, agreement, and other instruments in connection therewith; receive for me any and all papers, documents, and surrender and/or turn them over to me and do aany all actions to duly protect and safeguard my rights and interest relative thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do aand perform every act or thing necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully and to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall do or lawfully cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
