Bruce was having a coffee during his break. It seemed that on this day, being employed by the bank was not fulfilling his dreams and aspirations - even though he was working in the heart of a vibrant city like Toronto and could go to see the Raptors, Leafs or Jays home games! Not only were the customers demanding, but his supervisor was constantly bugging him to meet his deadlines.Today (as in the previous 3 days) his supervisor had the nerve to ask him how he was progressing with an overdue report Bruce was preparing!Bruce had had enough. That very week he started an application against his employer at the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal alleging discrimination and harassment.Bruce was feeling quite satisfied with himself!

Bruce later received a Notice of Intention to Dismiss the Application from the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal stating that the Tribunal did not have jurisdiction to hear the matter.

Applying these facts, state and explain all reasons why the Tribunal might conclude it lacked jurisdiction in this case.
