Brynne Packaging is a large packaging company offering its customers the highest standards in

innovative packaging solutions and reliable service. The HR department is considering the use of

the Wesman Personnel Classification Test (WPCT) as a predictor of future job performance. 25

recent employees were given the test and all were hired. After six months, all 25 employees were

rated by their department supervisors using a 1 to 10 rating scale (where 1 = very low and 10 = very

high). A regression was completed in which the score on the WPCT was used to predict job rating.
