Demonstrate your ability to coordinate rehabilitation or return to work programs by providing a portfolio of evidence of your activities including a diary, log book or video evidence, or documented statements from your line manager or colleagues.

Submit your portfolio to show that you have coordinated and processed both sick leave and compensation claims according to legislative and organisational policies and procedures, and that you have notified the rehabilitation provider and the claimant, and identified the possible period of absence and alerted the appropriate person to make arrangements to cover the work team activities.
