BSBWHS414 Contribute to WHS risk management

Consultation Meeting Assessment instructions This part follows on from Part 1 of this Assessment Event. Based on your Risk Management Process created in Part 1 above, you are now required to facilitate a 10-15 minute consultation meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to consult with a team of at least three people representing operational and technical personnel, and other advisors who have a role in assessing and controlling risk in the organisation, according to risk management requirements. Task 1: Prepare to facilitate the meeting Organise three participants to take on the following roles: Participant 1 - You ( WHS Advisor) Participant 2: Represents an operational worker. Participant 2: Represents a technical worker. Participant 3: Represents an advisor. Send an email to your participants inviting them to attend the Consultation Meeting. The invitation must communicate their roles, duties, responsibilities and follow organisational policies and procedures.
