Buddy sees Joe Jet and his son eating pizza in a booth in a corner of a local restaurant. Buddy and three big thugs go up to Joe and Buddy threatens to shoot Joe's son if he does not sign the contract. Joe signs the contract. Later Joe does not follow the terms of the contract and Buddy sues him for breach of contract. The contract is voidable because of Ophysical duress fraud O undue influence Oeconomic duress
