Bullis School is a private high school in Georgia that has both boarder (sleep and receive

meals at the school) and day students. Day students are picked up in the morning and

taken home in the evening by buses owned by Bullis with the school name and logo on

the side. Black students realized that all of the Black day students were transported on a

single bus, while other buses transported white students. Assume that this was done with

the knowledge and consent of Bullis School, who claimed that the buses were "separate

but equal." Discuss fully the rights of the Black students and their families.
