He asks Mr. Kim, a financial analyst, to estimate the companys intrinsic value. Sullivans estimates for several line items are shown in the table below. In addition, the book value of equity for BQAR on 1 January 2009 is $60,000 and the expected dividend payment is $6,000 per year for all the future years. The risk free rate is 4% and the market risk premium is 8%.
