Martina Guermo operates her own business services consulting company.She has hired several employees in the past, some of whom worked out quite well.However, others only stayed for a short time before quitting or being fired for failure to perform as Martina had hoped for and expected.Martina needs to hire a new employee and would like to enhance her chances of finding the right candidate for the job.Martina has asked you to create a plan forselecting a suitable candidate.What suggestions can you make to help her find the right employee?
