Ashraf has been working for five years with present company as 'Data Processing Analyst'. He was looking for a promotion to the supervisory position. According to the promotion policy, an employee must complete the Management Development Program (MDP) with grade A - (minus) minimum. The duration of the program was three months and was conducted by the company's own employees. Ashraf was selected to participate in the program. He knew that he would be able to attend minimum requirement and get the promotion since he had always been a good student in school days. Ashraf became serious in his studies from the beginning. He appeared the first test with full preparation and got the B + (plus) grade, while few others got higher grades. In the following week, the program coordinator found that Ashraf missed a session, lacking in attention and did not participate in the exercises, etc. Questions: a.
