The property is called Hawley Terrace. Using your brokerage skills, you will conduct an analysis of the neighborhood the subject property is located in. You will compare the subject property to two other properties in the neighborhood to determine the rental rates the investor will be able to charge. Using your property management skills, you will complete a physical property description report and use the information collected to put together a 12-month operating budget to determine the property's net operating income.
