Assume the role of Sally Delaney and prepare a four-page, typed, double spaced, minimum 11 point font, memorandum that analyzes the financial condition of Darlarna Furniture and makes recommendations for the future. Specifically, the memo should be divided into sections describing liquidity (10 marks), turnover-control (14 marks), leverage (6 marks) and profitability (14 marks). Also discuss how changes in year-over-year sales will impact other financial statement items and the firms financial results (4 marks).
