BUS332: COVID-19 Pandemic- Globalization & Regional Business Environments

Prompt: In spite of being a global pandemic, COVID-19 and its economic and social impacts have unfolded in unique ways around the globe. This allows us to use the pandemic to learn about differences in business environments, including culture, administrative/regulatory institutions, geography, and socio-economic conditions. Study ways in which the pandemic has unfolded uniquely in your team's region(Iraq). The following questions may help guide your research and analysis. Your job is to determine what is most unique, interesting, and relevant forIraq and the countries within it, and then to discuss both commonalities and differences across your region!

3. What are the implications for responsible business in the region (and the countries within it)? How has the pandemic impacted the adoption of environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, ethical and/or inclusive business practices?
4. How can studying the pandemic's evolution in the region shed light on how business environments are shifting over the medium- to long-term?The pandemic has undoubtedly made a massive short-term impact, but what are the likely longer-term implications for business environments around the world?
