Question:

After 10 years of working at Sakura Inc in Japan, Mr Chua come back to Malaysia and wishes to incorporate his own company, specializing in the production of rubber gloves. He seeks you advice to explain to him about the characteristics of incorporating companies in Malaysia. After listening to your advice, Mr Chua express his concern to you, whereby he wishes to only have 15 members in his company. He wants to minimize the risks and intends to provide loan to his future directors. Briefly explain to Mr Chua what is exempt private company and describe the advantages of incorporating such company. Since Mr Chua just came back to Malaysia, he needs help in incorporating a company and he needs to enter into several contracts before the formation of the company. Advise accordingly.
