Business Environment Analysis Report (BEAR)

Country name: Singapore

Question 1: Listed below are five broad variables with individual variables which may influence a marketing strategy in the selected country. Rate each of the 25 individual variables (in five sets) listed on the Likert-type scale ranging from not at all adequate, 1 to highly adequate, 7. Place an X in the appropriate Likert scale. Review the information provided in the MIR Worksheet and determine the importance of that data in relationship to introducing and marketing the M-box in the selected country. Each of the variables may impact potential success.

After reviewing the MIR research and determining an adequacy score, a rationale should be provided for each variable. Why was that Likert-scale selected? Why is this variable important for M-box potential success? Calculate the average rating for each broad variable. Average ratings are determined by totaling the Likert scale selections and dividing by the number of variables in each set.
