X Amanda owns a business that sells children's toys. She sells a range of toy weapons by the Norf brand that shoot foam rubber darts, including a toy crossbow called the "Norf Bow". The Norf Bow looks like a real crossbow, Jen purchases a Norf Bow from Amanda. Jen recently divorced her former husband Justin. The divorce was very bitter and justin had secured ownership of the family home in the divorce proceedings. Jen took the Norf Bow to Justin's house. The new crossbow was clearly defective.
