(b) Aaron acted as an agent and purchased goods on behalf of his principal at RM100,000. Thereafter, the seller of goods was informed by the principal's wife that the principal has passed away. Another buyer, George, then offered the seller RM200,000 for the same goods. Discuss whether the seller can sell to George, or is the seller bound to sell to Aaron? State the legal implications.
