Grace offers to sell her house for $100,000 to Doug. He verbally accepts, and since they are old friends, nothing is put in writing. When Doug tells his wife, she gets mad and refuses to go along with the deal, so Doug tells Grace the deal is off. Now Grace is mad and wants to enforce their agreement. Can she do so? Why or why not?
