Using Google Scholar or FindLaw.com, retrieve and review the case of Cardamone v. University of Pittsburgh, 384 A.2d 1228 (1978) and draft a formal Case Brief that correctly responds to the following two issues raised in the case: 1) Was the trial court correct in issuing an injunction against the Defendant University to compel payment of a monthly sum for its student/athlete's injuries on the basis that the University contractually obligated itself to make such payments? 2) Does the doctrine of Promissory Estoppel justify the Court's injunction against the Defendant University in the absence of a valid, legally-enforceable contract?
