Jeanne bought a trouser at Convenience Textile. It was a branded trouser and it was sold under a trade name of Tough. It was packed in a plastic cover on which this description was attached. "Elegant and and yet affordable; tough for rough activities." While jungle-tracking, the bottom part of the trouser Was torn apart and good enough to have Embarrassed her among her friends. On the next day, Jeanne went back to Convenience Textile to demand compensation. Convenience Textile refused to bulge because the trouser was sold under a brand name. Advise Jeanne
