Kofi Brokeman then wrote to Happee agreeing to pay the said GH1,200 but she still refused to sell. Happee immediately sold the laptop to her boyfriend, Kwame Showboy at GH300.
Kofi Brokeman sued Happee for breach of contract. Advise Happee and Kofi Brokeman. [15 marks]
