1.Sandra is a frequent shopper at Freebies Hardware in Smallville. One day, she went to purchase a water pump. She asked Jenna, a new employee at the hardware, for assistance. The pump was high up on a shelf, so Jenna retrieved a ladder to take it down. The ladder was a short, step ladder, but she needed a taller one to properly reach the item. She asked her supervisor for a taller ladder but was denied, as "a new one would have to be used" and would affect its future sale. In any event, Jenna decided to use the short ladder and, unsurprisingly, was having some difficulty taking the pump down. She called out to Sandra for help. As she was passing the pump to Sandra, she lost balance and fell. Unfortunately, she was still holding on to the pump and fell on Sandra, whose back was badly damaged. Jenna sprained her wrist trying to avoid falling while still holding on to the pump. Sandra could not move, and an ambulance had to be called. Jenna also had to visit the hospital to have her wrist x-rayed and stabilized. Sandra is required to stay on bed rest for six months. Both women want Freebies Hardware to foot their medical bills, but the manager has insisted that it is not responsible.

Requirement:

Please advise Sandra and Jenna on what legal action they might take, if any.
