Year End Sale is one of the waiting periods for Malaysians. Most of the brands will give discounts during this period. Sarah is also excited as she plans to buy a new handbag and a pair of shoes during the sale. Sarah scrolled down her Instagram and saw the advertisement for YES Carlo Rino. According to the advertisement, Sarah can get 2 pairs of shoes at RM 138 only and will get the handbag up to 60% discounts. Therefore, Sarah decided to go to the official store located in Mahkota Parade, Melaka. Once she arrived there, the queue was already long enough. She had to wait around 1 hour to enter the store. Sarah chose the pink bunny bucket bag and she requested to have size 36 of medium brown heels and grey snickers. Unfortunately, the size and design are out of stock. Sarah feels so disappointed because she had to travel and waste her time but most of the items were out of stock. Sarah argued at the counter that the advertisement was like a scam. Sarah also said that there was breach of contract where there is an offer made from the advertisement. Sarah decided to take legal action against Carlo Rino. Advise whether the advertisement placed by Carlo Rino formed a legal contract with Sarah? (15 marks)
