Daniela Warbucks gets three of her friends together to form an LLC. The information regarding the LLC is as follows:

2) Daniela Warbucks will be a member as well as the only manager of the LLC. His address is 11 East Pine St., Orlando, FL 32801.

3) The other members of the LLC are as follows:

4) Again, because Daniela Warbucks thought you did such a stellar job last week, the contact person and registered agent for the LLC will be YOU.

Third, after a year of operating, everyone except Daniela Warbucks pulls out of the LLC and resigns. Please fill out the appropriate cover letter(s) and form(s).

Fourth, after one more year, Daniela Warbucks wants to move to Alaska and close down the swim school. So she decides to dissolve Swim Safely, LLC and let creditors know of her plans. Please complete the appropriate cover letter and form(s) to file with the state.

Finally, she wants the world to know that the LLC no longer exists. Please fill out the appropriate cover letter and form to accomplish this.
