prepare a business proposal with the following information:

Your company name and your proposed products/services. Provide a little background on your decision (e.g., a gap in the current market, personal experience, etc.).

How and why you plan to structure your company organizationally. Note you must have at least two products and, ideally, two or more functional divisions.Please explain why you are dividing the company in this manner.

Provide some initial thoughts on what your cost structure may look like. For example, will most costs be fixed or variable and why? What are your product costs and what are your period costs?

Tip: your business idea should be something that you could actually carry out. Sometimes students come up with ideas that are so grand that they can't make a concrete business plan. Ideas are great but follow-through is critical.

• Tip: your proposal should be complete enough that I can provide you feedback that will help with the final group project.
