To open an account, the customer must fill another form. The open account process will create a new customer's account record. A customer can open one or more bank accounts types namely: saving, current, credit, and loan. (Write Business Rule 2 and 3 based on this)

When a customer makes a deposit into his bank account, a process will run to create a record of the customer's deposit into a transaction data store, and another two processes will run in sequence. One will update the account balance field in the customers account record, and the other will generate a receipt for the customer to show the new account balance. In case the customer makes a withdrawal from his account, a process will run to create a record of the customer's withdrawal into a transaction data store, and another two processes will run in sequence. One will update the account balance field in the customers account record, and the other will generate a receipt for the customer to show the new account balance. At the end of the day, a report generation process will generate a daily report for all customers deposits and withdrawals, of all customer accounts held in the branch. This daily report will be sent to the branch manager. Near the end of each month, a process will run to generate the monthly account statements for all bank customers.
In addition, for business statistical analysis and planning at the end of each month, a process will transfer the transaction details from the transactions data store to the bank data warehouse database.
Report generation and the transfer of transactions to the data warehouse will not need business rules
