Kent then ordered a desktop from One Tech Shop in his own name for a price of RM5,000 since that was the lowest price in the market. When One Tech Shop delivered the desktop, Audrey accepted it even though the price exceeded the amount she had authorised. When One Tech Shop demanded a payment, unfortunately Audrey refused to pay on the ground that the said price was too expensive and in fact it was bought by Kent himself. a) Advise Audrey as to whether Inc had breached any agent's duty to the Principal.
