The business is located in the CBD and has a dedicated following through loyal clientele from allwalks of life. However, within the last few years, advent of new digital technologies and innovations such as audio andeBooks have disrupted the market in general. In addition, many of the old publications, classics,and a range of other books are being converted in digital format for on-screen reading and downloads. Peoplehave a choice to read a book for a small fee or download it for a fraction of the cost of purchasing a hard copyinadigitalformatthatlastslonger thenprint.
