Busy week at Jax Awesome's office. He hasthree clients that came in having an issues concerning violence and seeking protection.

1. Ronald lives next door to Skip. They do not like each other and Skip has pushed Ronald in the hallway and the next day threaten to send him to the hospital. Ronald is scared of Skip.

2. ThenCarolina comes into the office.Carolina has a new boyfriend with a very mean former girlfriend. The former girlfriend hates Carolina. She calls her constantly during the day. She follows her. Post graphic pictures ofCarolina on facebook. She has shown up at several placesCarolina visits and was seen yesterday outside Carolina's job.

3. Then came in Katie. She has been dating Ryan for a few months and moved in together. Ryan pushed her last night when he saw her talking on her cell phone to a friend. Ryan destroyed her cell phone. Ryan broke a piece of furniture during the fight. The next night he punched her in the arm because he got mad about the broken furniture that he needs to replace. Katie is afraid of Ryan.

Jax tells you to determine the type of injunction that , Ronald, Carolina and Katie needs to file in court. Explain your answer.

Each type of Injunction is different and certain facts must be present to obtain that type of injunction. It is important that the client files the correct type of injunction so that the judge can grant it and not dismiss their request for injunction because they used the wrong form.
